An American company with its feet planted firm in Michoacán. Our paramount mission is
the grow, pack, transport and deliver “The Perfect Avocado”. It can mean different things
to different people, but for sure it boasts great color, flavor and taste. It is grown and packed
at an optimum stage… then transported in cold storage, ripened, packaged and delivered quickly
to maximize freshness, shelf life and look perfect on the plate.

Green Fruit is about people… sure in the end result, we deliver one of the tastiest healthiest treats
to come from the kitchen, but though Farm to Table sounds breezy and simple, it is fact this simple
feat requires an orchestra of team players to shepherd every step in the journey.
It starts with people who bring a passion for the land, the orchard and the growing season.
It comes from generations of meticulous attention to the details.
It’s our boots on the ground in Michoacan…the ones who tend to our orchard day in
day out… lead by Green Fruit founders like Tony Bucio and Ignacio Valerio, both
3rd generation farmers who carry with them generations of knowledge and
expertise in tending the land, growing techniques to improve the growth
and harvest of the Green Fruit called The Avocado.
